I've been in the beauty industry for over 16 years.

I built a salon from scratch, poured everything into it, and eventually walked away because it was running me instead of the other way around.


I'm a mum, a solo mum.

What I've learned, and what I see in the women I work with, is that the reasons beauty businesses stall for mums are almost always the same five things.
